Party Poison doesn't do kids. In every sense of the phrase--they don't need Chris Hansen on their ass along with BLI. 
Being in charge of a surprisingly loyal six-year-old proves to be the least of their problems when a mishap occurs between them, the goverment, and a bomb in their diner-turned-home one night.
As Korse would probably say, "If you can't beat 'em,  join 'em."
Or, as Party Poison would say, "Fuck you."

Draculoids and Scarecrows heavily police the desert zones where the Fabulous Four Killjoys live, and the evil Korse runs the company. We have a girl named Lucy, 18 years old, whose parents are managers high up in the ranks of BL/Ind. She, however, has differing desires: she wants to run away to the desert and meet the Fabulous Killjoys. One day, she does... and her life is saved by none other than Party Poison, Kobra Kid, Fun Ghoul, and Jet Star when her parents find her running away and they use force as a means of bringing her back home to live under their controlling and toxic environment where she hid so well the fact that she never took any of the pills. They feel no emotion and cannot express themselves, and anyone who disobeys the rules will be exterminated by Korse the S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W unit and his Draculoids. But, there are a group of rebels, who call themselves the Killjoys, led by Party Poison, who would rather have a hard life in the desert zones than an easy one while being brainwashed. They have only one hope, who is Missle Kid, who has been on the run from Korse because he knows what she is capable of, who the killjoys will protect with their lives and no one else's so they can save Libes and go back to a normal one......but then Toxic Kitten comes in the picture.
