Ike Eveland is Head Detective of the NIJISANJI Police Department (NPD). He is dedicated to his work and known for his quick thinking, sharp observation skills and his loyalty to his friends. Vox Akuma is a Demon Lord, he is known for his charismatic, intimidating presence, and great power. It's said that he could destroy the world with the snap of his fingers. He is also a master of the dark arts, and he is feared by all who see him. Despite his fearsome reputation, he is known to have a soft spot for his clan, and he is said to be gentle and kind to those he considers his friends. Though the two were from different worlds, they were fated to meet due to their respective work and they instantly found themselves drawn to one another. They started off as allies but their friendship grew over time, eventually blossoming into something more. However, their love was not meant to be as they both knew there was a great price that must be paid. One was fated to death by the end of the year and the other must go on to live. They both fought for their love to survive as neither of them wanted to be apart.
