A story that follows Kiara's life during her year at Kook Academy before Season 1. Detailing her journey of overcoming loneliness and feeling like an outcast in a life that her parents chose for her. She reunites with a childhood friend JJ who has become a stranger ever since her parents insisted on her attendance at Kook Academy. During her self-journey, she'll become more confident with the identity she's chosen for herself even if her parents don't agree. She'll redevelop a secret friendship with JJ that makes her parents wonder what has made her so happy. She will reminisce some childhood memories with the Pogues and recreate some new memories with JJ. It will even tell the story of why JJ might think that door is locked.All Rights Reserved

My interpretation of Jiara throughout the earlier years (pre season 1). It may lead into the actual plot of the show, but is heavily concentrated on Kiara's kook year. Lots of focus on the friendship between Kiara and Sarah and how that unfolds. Lots of pogue fun. Slow burn with fluff and angst. There will likely be some eventual smut between JJ and Kie. Includes strong language, drug use and mentions of abuse and self harm. Mostly canon, but the plot lines are altered to my liking. It will be regularly updated hopefully at least once a week. The italics are either character thoughts or flashbacks. Any and all mistakes are on me! Enjoy :)
