A lady uses a teleportation machine that can teleport your mind to different locations to teleport her mind through the whole universe as her mind teleports through space, then when the ladies mind returns to her body she finds that because her mind had travelled through the entire universe as the teleportation machine teleported her mind through space that her mind can control anything in the known universe. Now this lady who now calls herself Universe Girl is approached by God's who notice how powerful Universe Girl is who ask her to join them as guardians of the universe but when Universe Girl refuses it offends the God's and they try to eliminate Universe Girl and now Universe Girl must use her universe like abilities to take out these God's.
