
"At least you're a pretty crier," Michael murmured, his hand gripping the soft material of her cardigan. He rocked her side to side and pressed a handkerchief to her cheeks. Chardonnay's tears soaked his shirt, sobs hiccuping in her chest. "When I cry I look like this," he crossed his eyes and pouted. She giggled and he just squeezed her tighter.
