After the death of Mrs. Ryoba Aishi at the hands of an unknown journalist, Mr. Aishi, Ayano's father, was forced to cut their trip short in order for him to go back and watch over his young daughter. Ayano was meant to start her second year of school, which brings him uncomfortable flashbacks of the year where her mother, his wife, managed to win him.
His mind has been cleared now, he no longer had strong fear nor paranoia, save for one thing he's always feared since his daughter was a child. With the guidance of her father, Ayano must now navigate through her life and fully understand the meaning of 'emotions' after finding of the things her mother had once done in the past.
