The Blooming Youth of Isabella

Isabella, a beautiful young lady from the Ibarra family, aspires to be San Dominggo's first female physician. When she was ten years old, she started reading books on medicine. However, she had greater aspirations than just perusing those books, and she soon recognized that given her existing stature in life, her desire was unlikely to come true.

As she embarks on her youthful journey, Isabella comes across the young promising medical student Sir. Rafael attending the dinner at the Hacienda Cristobal. Shortly thereafter they inadvertently kissed on the balcony, a slow-burn relationship blossomed between them. However, it looks like providence is conspiring against their union.

Secrets from the past and the present will come to light. Isabella's untimely demise, Rafael's union with Miss Maria, and the town's insurgent uprisings would alter the fate of San Dominggo's once-beautiful and-vibrant existence.
