The shortage

In this world, the world we live in, 50.2% of the population is female. But what about a world where... there is a female shortage. In this bizarre land, only 0.001% of the population is female. Kidnapping women becomes legal, and if you turn women into the government... you get a reward. Delta has never seen a man in her life outside her village, in fact, she has never stepped foot outside her town. Everyone tells her, the outside world is too dangerous, all men can't be trusted, NO exceptions. But when "some boy" wanders into the town all of that suddenly changes... And her life is spun around.
