After the loss of their parents, a few years before they start Hogwarts, Alexandria Amato, an outgoing young girl, and her brother get adopted by the rich Mickus family. Meanwhile, the introverted Severus Snape is being abused by his drunken father and angry mother. Their paths cross on the Hogwarts Express, and when Alex is sorted into Slytherin, they develop a strange relationship. Join them on their journey throughout their years in Hogwarts, as dark events unfold all around them.
