Kids. Think about that word. In the minds of most people, the first things that come to mind are playful, hyper, joyful, and happy. However, there are kids out there, depressed, suicidal, and crushed.
Damon Daniels, a 9th grader, is one of the kids who are crushed. He is tormented everyday at school, at home, and almost everywhere he goes. He tries to escape his world of hatred and into the world of dreams and fantasy.
