The world, or in this case Japan is really safe and happy place for people. There is all time low crime rate, with less and less villains all Year around. Izuku who's dream is to become a hero is also living a wonderful life even though his living all alone after his mother passed away, But his childhood/best friend known as Katsuki Bakugou and his family are there to help him when he needs them. It was one of those normal days for him until he meet his favorite hero known as All Might was and told him that he CAN become a hero even without a Quirk and that he believes in him. After that meeting he is heading home happier than his been in a while. But of course world isn't that nice and try's to screw over people, And in this case, Him especially by being forced to accept a system that forces him to become the opposite of his dream of being a hero, 'A Villain~!'

Well, that was the last straw for him, and from then on he gave up on his previous dream, and started a new one, one that would prove them all right, in the worst way possible. And his used to be idol was stupid enough to give him his quirk, on top of that he got another from his new leader, so now he had more power than little him ever could dream of. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him.
