After the Tenma War peace came to the Cardinal World, there were the occasional war but none on the scale or with the level of ramifications of the wars that passed prior.
Rimuru was slowing losing his emotions the opposite to his partner, she and his wife Velzard noticed this. It was decided that they would start a life in a new world to bring back the emotions he was disconnecting from.
They would reincarnate in this new world while their real bodies rested in Rimuru's Imaginary Space
