Izuku Midoriya is sick, but chooses to ignore his symptoms. As the day moved forward his condition gets worse. Throughout the story, Deku gets dragged into troubling situations, and is forced to make a few bad decisions along the way. Disclaimer: I don't own mha or any of the characters. This is caused by the patient dealing with unrequited love, it happens rarely and only with true love.. It's not just about dying 'cause of love. It's a brutal torture day by day. It intervenes into the patient's life, messing up their routines and themselves both physically and mentally, which is why it will deal with the topic depression. I hope my book will give this bad feeling through and making it able to understand the topic's darkside and how brutal hanahaki can really be. He still remembers who he's in love with though and when he's alone and thinking about his condition, that's when it hits him hard. The effects of the disease are nearly killing him now.
