In a dusty fragile shack, where the poor orphans lived. They're homeless and doesn't have any parents. They can't afford to eat proper food and drinks rain water. When they're sick, none of the people helps them.  But, one day one of the orphans got sick, but it gets worse a man covered in a hoodie holding a knife covered in blood and he comes in and killed the sick orphan the orphan was covered in blood and he stopped breathing.
