Born under the blue moon of 178 AD, Cao Xue was said to be both blessed and cursed. Blessed she was, with skin of ivory and a heart of iron, and a grand home to house her. Cursed she was at the same time, with eyes of ice and the breath of winter, and a dangerous power she will die to keep secret. With the heavy burden of both her family name and her unspoken gift, whether from the Heavens or the Hells, the halls of the Cao estate were but a cold cage to shut in her spirit.

But even the strongest of prison bars can be broken, and broken they were for her as the chaos of rebellion raged on.
