Some things are lost. Sometimes found, but othertimes....not even memories are left behind....

Obito and Nariko were friends since their very first day at the Academy, soon becoming inseparable. But when Nariko graduates and the two end up on different teams, the friendship that seemed unbreakble begins to crack. 

But they try. Try to see each other whenever they can, desperately trying to keep the one friendship they have alive. Always trying to make time for each other when possible. And at first it works, Narkio and Obito grow closer even. 

However, war is war, and the life of a shinobi means risking everything on every misson they dare to take. And sometimes.....they never come back. 

When tragedy falls and Obito is pronounced dead,  Nariko is heartbroken, unsure of how to continue now that she's lost the person she cared for most. But life carries on, and peoole change...

Years pass and as Nariko grows her doubts about the truth of what happened to Obito grow stronger. Abandoning Konaha in search of the truth, Nariko finds herself stained with blood and wanted for murder in ever nation. 

When Nariko joins the Akatsuki and meets a mysterious masked man, she finds herself cast into a web of lies and mystery. As feelings for this man develope into something more, Nariko discovers that the borders of death and love are more flexible than she had thought....
