---Book 2 in the Godling Trilogy ---- [COMPLETE ORIGINAL NOVEL] Lea Reclin has just saved the world, but the world doesn't know it and never will. Lea lives with the knowledge that gods and monsters are still alive and breathing. As it turns out Greek Mythology, isn't so much of a myth as it is a documentation of history. Lea who only very recently discovered that she's child of one of the long lost deities, happens to be the firstborn of Morpheus, the god of dreams. This makes her a primogentius, or rather: a prime. Godlings with further enhanced strength, speed, and stamina, Primes are as rare as they are powerful. For this reason, Lea was sent to save the world from a threat rising in the west. She succeeded, but at a cost. And now, it appears that the chaos isn't over. Before Lea gets the chance to settle back into a normal life she's jarred back into the world of the godlings. Then, after having strange monsters sicked on her, she flees back to the home of the gods only find that those monsters are much more of threat to her than any she'd faced before. The monsters, taking on traits of multiple mythological beasts, are the result of someone's experiment. Someone is taking monsters, playing with their DNA, and creating something that shouldn't exist: they're creating hybrids. -------------------------------------------------- Rated PG-13 for Intense Action Violence, Fantasy violence, Mild Language, and Mature humor ((This is an original work, not a fanfiction. It was heavily inspired by Percy Jackson and involves greek mythology in modern day. however this book will contain no copyrighted material.))
The Coven's Source by Tophat
70 parts Complete Mature
It has been nine years since Lyra discovered Grigore; her Weaver and guardian of the living magic nestled in her body. Nine years since she doggedly followed him through hell and death, determined to not let him slip out of her grasp and shake free his denial. Nine years since he accepted her. Rumours are spreading that a Lord is hunting Sources; his lands plagued by famine and madness. As Lyra dreams of two women begging her to save them, she finds herself inexplicably pulled to the cursed lord and his haunted lands. Despite the dangers, Lyra and Grigore dive into the chaos, unaware that their abilities as a hunting pair and as lovers was going to be put to the test. Volume Two of the Dark Folktales. This is a horror, erotic romance, with monster-of-the-week vibes, such as Buffy, Supernatural, Witcher, Claymore, and Van Helsing. (I'm a massive fan of the monster hunting genre.) Back in 2014 I finished writing the original story, The Weaver's Source, and I am re-opening the world again as I feel I have a story worth telling. The Coven's Source is set nine years after the original ends, is a single story arc rather than many small ones. This will show the hunter I always envisioned Lyra to be but didn't have the opportunity to show. Author's note - Please be mindful of what you're saying when commenting. I'm happy with helpful criticism, spelling/grammar pointers, questions or simple chatter. However, a tirade of needless, unhelpful complaints and just outright rude commentary is not welcome. My stories are terrible first drafts, they're going to be riddled with issues, so just politely highlight if you feel there's a problem. I'll listen and likely take on board the criticism. And if you're not enjoying it, that's fine, just move on and thank you for giving it a shot.

Lyra has been waiting for her Weaver to find her for years, unable to leave the safety of her home and only connected to him through passionate dreams - remembering nothing about him apart from his wild, sensual song. When the lone Weaver Grigore finally sweeps into her life, she finds herself instantly drawn to him, instantly recognising him as the man she had dreamt of for years. However, Lyra quickly runs into problems. Not only does he fail to recognise her but he's nothing like she imagined; cold, stubborn and determined to keep himself away from her. Rejected but determined to keep him safe as her magic whispers of his death, she follows him through danger and blood as he stalks his own hunt, desperate to shake the hooks that keeps pulling him back to her. First Volume of the Dark Folktales. This is a horror, erotic romance, with monster-of-the-week vibes, such as Buffy, Supernatural, Witcher, Claymore, and Van Helsing. (I'm a massive fan of the monster hunting genre.) Written from Sep 2011 until April 2014. This was the very first adult romance I'd written and has a plethora of problems. Despite this, I won't do further editing as I'm putting my efforts into a full re-write. Author's note - Please be mindful of what you're saying when commenting. Priscilla Sum

33 parts Complete

Priscilla is just an average college student with an average life. Adopted at a young age by a wealthy "power couple" consisting of a museum curator and a real estate magnate, she's managed to keep a level head, and not make a big deal about herself. Archaeology is a passion of hers, so when a visiting group offers the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend a week at a real dig site, off the coast of Greece, Priscilla seizes the opportunity to pursue what she enjoys. Then... Disaster strikes. Priscilla wanted to believe that this was her Fate, but there seems to be other forces conspiring against her. The company organizing the dig is rumored to be engaged in some shady activity, her best friend since grade school reveals that he's slowly dying of a terminal disease, and most dramatic of all, her parents vanish overnight, leaving behind a letter telling her the truth: They are gods, hiding in the guise of mortals so that a very powerful enemy--a demon they've been fighting for millennia--won't discover the hiding place of their divine power: The very island Priscilla will be visiting soon. Is the archaeological group in league with the demon, or intent on discovering the hiding place first in order to stop him? Can she and her classmates find the hidden temple themselves? Will the demon come after her next?
