Aphmau had finally found Laurence in the Nether after three years of searching.

Resentment is all Laurence could feel towards her.
After sacrificing his life for hers, she turned around and left him to die.

Even though he watched her constantly worry for Garroth and mourn for the passing of the Stranger, Laurence still deeply loved her despite the unequal treatment he received.
