Falling Ash

Ashes mom died from brain cancer six years ago on Ashes birthday. Her father had always blamed Ash for his wife's passing, even though Ash couldn't have contributed to her mother's death in any way. Ashes dad became a drunken deadbeat who would beat Ash for the littlest things. Ash had to cook, clean, and complete every little task her so-called dad gave her. She was practically a slave. One day, Ash has to complete a school project with a boy from her class. This small task changes Ashes life forever. But is it for the better or for the worse?
