Anjulli Harker, part witch, part wolf, and daughter of Hecate, is the only emissary to New Olympus, a town that contains the remains of Olympian magic.

Max Gold, Demi-God, son of Poseidon, and warrior extraordinaire, is trying to get over the death of his father, and the role he played in it. A role which only Anjulli, his ex-best friend, knows about.

When New Olympus starts dying, threatening to bring an end to the Greek Gods as we know them, Anjulli ropes in Max to help her.

And even though Max pretty much hates Anjulli, he has never been able to turn down an adventure with her.

But what will Max do when he discovers that Anjulli has been lying to him for all of their lives?
