In 1970, the global organisation One World decided to take control of these services, striving to make the world better and safer, and one such crime-fighting organization was the ATL, with it's highly skilled team of spies, team Zero.1. But Misconceptions and betrayals led to the ATL's fall. Three Zero.1 agents went rogue and caused havoc, becoming the very kind of people they had sworn to eliminate.

After months of fleeing, Luca Anthony, also a member of team Zero.1, killed and stopped the three rogue elements. Before pulling the trigger and killing the friends he had spent an entire decade with, Luca made a vow: to take care of their children as if they were his own.
