''I don't like the fact that you make me feel this way but I'm too afraid of feeling something I'm not used to''. Hostel Complex is a story of Asar who has given up on life but having sent to the university hundreds of miles away, this 18 year old comes to find beauty and meaning of life. It is a story of heartbreak, grief and love shaking hands and swirling as memories and echoing in the walls of a hostel complex.
This story also serves as my memoir. Every character, every story beat is based on real life events. There are some heavy themes and a critique of patriarchal and bigoted society of a 3rd world country and how anyone who doesn't conform to the standards suffers within.

One of the reasons I think this story is worth telling is because I'm amazed at how everything is connected. Things come in full circle, all the details, all the dialogues give complexity to the story.
