Hyde Devonshire had finally that point.
The college student is stuck in his hometown for the summer. Hyde knows it is his own fault for coming back, but he can't seem to stay away. To make things worse, the love of his life, Dallas Burton, is back in town. Dallas, a closeted country singer, has returned to the city they grew up in to play a sold-out concert, and Hyde can't escape his old flame or the feelings Dallas's presence has stirred up. Over the course of 24 hours, the young writer revisits the trials and tribulations of their past together through lyrical poetry and memorable prose while wrestling with what their passionate one-night reconnect means for the future.
