Sophie Robbins has spent a majority of her life as an overachiever with the sky set as the limit. Ever since she was little, she has had her heart set on med school and has the grades to back it up. Calum Sullivan is no good law student who finally gets his chance at fame when he's elected hockey captain in his senior year. The catch is, if he isn't scouted before the end of the year, he can kiss his pro hockey dream goodbye. To boot, Calum has no plan b - until he caught wind of the Robbins Apprenticeship, given to one graduating senior, the opportunity to work for the legendary Victor Robbins and his board of colleagues. Who, just as luck would have it, are heavily involved in the hockey league and it's future prospects.
