ANNIHILATION: QUIRK DESCRIPTION
Annihilation is an Emitter Class type quirk, and is abnormally hostile to the user and the others around them. This quirk has only been documented recently, yet is seems to be hostile and dangerous to all life. The best way to describe this... Quirk... Is death itself. It is the grim reaper.
This ability seems to eat away at the user despite the immense power. The abilities, so far documented.... allow the user to take....anything. Life, of all kinds! The ability to take and reanimate, like some Lich... Even other quirks, if the first user is anything to go by! Unfortunately, the only documented user on record with this quirk right now has few, if any, months left to live after this recording. However, they have a child that we think may inherit such a quirk. As unethical as it is, we are detaining the child for now until we are sure. However, one thing is for sure and whatever this quirk is- is dangerous and powerful enough to kill multiple of our best men in seconds.
Please, if you think someone might have this quirk, alert the authorities immediately. Again, this is an alert, this quirk is hostile and should be detained on site.
