After a man is abducted from his home in Queens, he is expiremented upon and nearly killed when the director and orchestrator of his suffering decides that his meaningless existence may have some use afterall as his personal weapon though when an unexpected anomaly occurs during the process the man escapes without his memories and must fend for his life in New York city. Where Rykers Island has sent hitmen to return their property.
