Adam, a shy 18-year-old, starts working at the company where his father has been employed for decades. There, he reunites with Olivia, the daughter of the company's bosses, whom he met as children. Despite their shared past, Olivia barely remembers Adam. While Adam deals with pressure and mistreatment at work, he finds solace in Cristina, Olivia's sister, who understands his struggles and offers support.
Olivia's life is filled with expectations and pressures as she is expected to take over the family business. As Adam and Cristina grow closer, Adam's thoughts revolve more and more around Olivia and Cristina. However, Adam feels insecure and fears rejection if he tries to get closer to them outside of work.
As the story unfolds, Olivia starts feeling jealous of the connection Adam and Cristina have developed. Determined to keep Adam close, Olivia appoints him as her assistant, creating opportunities to spend time alone with him under the pretense of working together.
Meanwhile, Adam comes across an old photograph of Olivia at a construction site where he accompanied her. Inspired by the image, he starts drawing Olivia on his drawing app, unleashing his unspoken feelings and desires.
As the story progresses, the characters face their own emotional challenges and strive to find their true place in life and love. "Tracing Hearts" is a tale that explores friendship, unrequited longing, and the journey towards self-acceptance and true love.
