Angel is a turtle. But also a hybrid. Her father is a Green Sea Turtle and her mother is a Diamondback Terrapin Turtle. Her mother's name is Echo and her father's name is Skylar. Angel's parents are close to Master Splinter. They gave him and his sons shelter in the sewers, which resulted in the boys meeting Angel.

Not only was Angel a hybrid, but she also had powers. Powers she got from each of her parents. She trained hard to learn to control them and not get out of control. Over the years, Angel and the boys grew closer and closer. The parents noticed as well.

One night, the kids were having a sleepover. Raph was 13, The Twins were 12, Mikey was 11, and Angel was also 12. The boys made a plan to confess their feelings that night and came to an agreement. So, that's what they did.

That night, the boys confessed to Angel in a game of Truth or Dare. This took Angel off guard, but she happily accepted their feelings and confessed hers as well.
