SPOILERS FOR SKYBORN: PHOENIX FLIGHT BY JESSICA KHOURY!
This is a series of short journal entries written by Icara over the years. The writings are snippets of an untold story, or rather, an untold side of a story.
This is just a fanfic I wrote because I've always wanted to write a book that's just diary entries, and I need to get more motivation to write the Skyborn sequel.
Most characters belong to Jessica Khoury's Skyborn series.

Wings of Fire: Lemming's Story door Echoes_of_Polaris
11 Delen Compleet
NOTE: The following is a fanfiction inspired by Tui T Sutherland's "Wings of Fire" saga. "Wings of Fire" does not belong to me, and much of the material included in this story is fanon, not canon, though several canon characters will be making appearances throughout the story. Taking place during the events of "Book 1: The Dragonet Prophesy" and the War of SandWing Succession, this is the story of Lemming. Lemming is a young IceWing of middle class rank, who has been a loyal soldier on Blaze's side in the war for a couple years. She's small for an IceWing of her age, but has been able to use this to her advantage to become a successful soldier and survive in the war. However, after a battle takes a turn for the worse, Lemming is left as one of the few survivors and imprisoned in the SkyWing arena. This new world is more brutal than the battles she'd fought in the war, and the SkyWings don't kill for necessity -they kill for entertainment. Can Lemming survive in this new kill or be killed world, or will she be just another body to be swept from the arena sand? NOTE 2: Some of the wording and phrasing of Pt4 comes straight from "The Dragonet Prophesy". That wording was created by Tui T. Sutherland, not me, though I am using it for descriptive purposes in those specific scenes, which first appeared in "The Dragonet Prophesy". All chapter cover artwork made and designed by me. The cover of the book was drawn and colored by Jennifer Ellzey, and title arrangements were designed by me. Happy Reading :)
