Finlay Parker is your average seventeen year-old high school student. Has his group of friends, does well-enough in school, plenty of teen-angst, has a casual job and is probably in love with his best friend Kota Brown. Nothing unusual to see here.
Finlay knows how the real world works, he doesn't get a fairytale ending with his first love, hell he won't even admit it to himself that he's hopelessly in love with his best friend of eleven years. They're in their last year of school and Finlay can barely wrap his head around finishing school and becoming an adult, which is slowly but surely taking a toll on him. Is he ready to be an adult? Does he know what he wants to do beyond school? Beyond Kota?
