ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS:
Mekkaku's dead but the threat is not yet over. A mysterious dark hedgehog breaks into a top-secret military base and releases a creature that was trapped in time and space. The two then attack Jason and his friends. Realizing the severity of this threat, the Rogues make it their mission to stop them. To turn the tide, the dark hedgehog injects Wave with some of his DNA, turning her against Jason and the others. Now, Jason must not only defeat this new threat but he must also find a way to save Wave. Packed with more action, and more drama, A2: Rise of Zephiles reveals more secrets and leaves you wanting more.All Rights Reserved

This story focuses on Rosy the Rascal and her conflict with a green pineapple. I am going to try not to stray from this topic by accidentally studying other characters and relationships (though I'll have to admit that Shadow and Rouge and Shadow and Infinite are a little tempting). To sum up Honesty is the Best Policy as a whole, it is a fanfiction turned psychological drama. It is separated into several different stories, each new story continuing from where the previous one stops. Some are called {____ Edition}, while others are called {w/____}. The editions are books focusing on a specific situation, problem, or occurring at a specific time. Books ending with "w/" and then a character's name are focusing on a specific character. At the same time as I'm publishing new parts of this story, you will find that another story is being updated as well, {Café Edition}. It is recommended that you follow that book as well as this one in order to get the full story. Both that story and this one are happening at the same time. The characters work at the café in the afternoons and go to school during the day. The previous books, in order, are as follows: {w/Sonic}, {w/Snow}, and {Forces Edition}, with {Café Edition} occurring all throughout these books beginning with {w/Snow}. My next book is called Rouge Tape. It is not a part of this series. Instead, it is a written form of the game Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) in which I attempt to piece everything together by inserting a new character, Rouge the Bat, in order to observe and recount the events. If you are confused about any of the characters in this story, please visit my OC book. I will be posting descriptions of the Sonic characters as they appear in my stories as well as some of my own characters.
