In this Au Izuku is the son of All might (Toshinori Yagi and Magnetic (Inko) and Izuku has a Twin sister by the name of Izumi and After 4 years Izuku and Izumi were taken to the Quirk Doctor and after Checking Their Quirks Izumi has a Telekinesis Quirk while Izuku has a Dormant Quirk and After this Izuku's Life Became a Hell,Izuku's Parents started Abusing him and Izumi and 1-A (yes all 1-A are childhood Friends) started Bullying Him and After this Izuku had Ran away from that Hell and was Rescued By the Hero Killer stain and after This Izuku had Unlocked his Two Quirks and they are Flame Breathing and Demon and after years Of Training Izuku had Mastered his Two Quirks and Inherited His Masters Hero Killer Title
