Ever since Clarke landed on the ground in a dropship containing 100 young and no-longer-confined criminals, she got a chance at a new beginning- at a new life. But things aren't exactly as simple as that. Between leading the camp of kids and running her own complicated life, Clarke struggles to do all she can to survive, and to keep humanity alive. Of course, it's not all fun and games. Life isn't that easy on the ground. Here's my own version of Kass Morgan and Jason Rothemberg's "The 100". It's based more off of the show than the books. Clarke is the narrator. You will find a lot of Bellarke in this fanfiction. I've incorporated some of my best friends into it, as a thank you for their support. I hope you enjoy it!

Mortality

How terrible it is to love something Death can touch. ••• One hundred juvenile delinquents were sent to Earth. None of them were supposed to survive, including eighteen-year-old Everlyn Olsen. Now she's caught in a war with those who never left the ground, and a love she never wanted to need. Bellamy Blake is chaos and control. Clarke Griffin is clarity and calm. Together, they unravel everything she thought she knew about herself. The ground is dangerous. The people are worse. But it's her heart that might kill her first. Love was never part of the plan- but neither was surviving. ••• Book One
