Your Kiss is on my List

Eddie looked very calm when he was asleep, which is not how Eddie was when he was awake. He was also quiet, which surprised Steve. The night of their first kiss, pre fight against Vecna, Eddie had talked in his sleep. Not bad talking, just talking.

Steve figured it was the medication he was on.

Steve thought back to the kiss, as he often did. He had been so nervous, so worried that Eddie would reject him. Or wouldn't feel the same. But he did feel the same.

He was so happy Eddie did, because he had been pretty sure he Eddie liked him. He had liked him for so long.

That kiss had really been magical, Steve couldn't wait for the next one. If there's a next one... there was gonna be a next one he hoped.

Steve just sat on the arm of the couch for a while, watching him sleep. Which was probably creepy but it reminded him that Eddie was alive and still here.
