Bells and Dimples

Bella's mother abandoned the family when she was about 3 years old so it was just her, her brothers, and her dad. She was very close to her dad. When she was fourteen her father was driving home from work on a December night and got in a car crash, he sadly didn't make it. Ethan was nineteen at the time and was able to take guardianship of Bella and Skyler (who was sixteen).
After the accident Bella would hardly speak to her brothers or anyone and when in public she would go completely silent she would also hurt herself and kept it a secret from her brothers. Bella also stopped eating so Skyler learned how to cook to get her to eat but she would only eat a few bites of whatever he made. Two years after the accident Bella tried to take her life and failed. So she was put on suicide watch and her brothers made sure to look after her even more after that.
This all happened when Bella was a freshman in high school. Her best friend at the time Anthony Douglas abandoned her and began to physically, mentally and vocally abuse her. She never told her brothers this.
After some time Bella began to talk a little but not in front of anyone but her brothers and Andrew.
(Andrew was Ethan's childhood best friend and they started dating in high school. Their dad loved Andrew and was very supportive of his and Ethan's relationship. They got married a few months before the accident. After they took Guardianship of Skyler and Bella they both were able to finish college, Andrew works at the elementary school in town and Ethan is working for a house design company.)
