Hunter is a 16 year old boy who was adopted 10 years ago by Camila Noceda and her 14 year old daughter Luz Noceda.  Hunter has always looked different from the other kids, he had pointed ears, many scars, and a chip in his ear. Nobody knows why he has those scars, even him! The only thing Hunter remembers is him getting attacked by an unknown green substance, running through a door, seeing a house, collapsing and crying with a bloody ear.

As a werewolf, David's wolf name is Alpha and is abilities as a beast invulnerability to conventional harm because of their healing factor, superhuman speed and strength, and the capability to land on their feet after a steep fall.

Luz has went to camp and when she came back she didn't act any different, she still didn't get one friend so her mother (Camila) changed. She got aggressive/abusive with Luz and school doesn't help, the second day of school comes and before Luz leaves she runs away and finds a house. Luz runs into it and turns out it took her to the boiling isles. But Luz has changed, she was mean, quiet, hostile and had mad trust and anger issues she also developed Hemophobia (fear of blood) and Traumatophobia (fear of having an injury). When joining Hexside the girls there were mean and harsh like the kids at her human school, but Luz learned how to stick her ground there at her human school. Luz would stand her ground and be mean to literally everyone that got in her way.
