Test subjects with psychic powers are transported to a decaying dimension/ mirrored to earth except for some tiny differences, The dimension is crawling with terrors, mostly abandoned, and under the control of a psionic threat. The world is almost completely depleted of all life except for some survivors that are thinning every day and the things that go bump in the night.
