The settings are the small town on the West Coast of Sullen, where in the Pirate's Eye (which is the Aquarium part of S.H.A.R.C, which is open for visitors) a new creature is placed.
Malvin Sheineir, our very handsome, freckled main-character, who works at S.H.A.R.C (Sullan-Heanway Aquatic Research-, and Scientific-Center) as an Aquatic Animal Behavioural Expert, aka a 'fish therapist', when he gets a new task at-hand, by his boss, and the C.E.O. of S.H.A.R.C, Christopher Christ.
That's when he meets our other main-character, an enchanting, shouldn't-exist-but-still-does creature, a Siren.
