Centuries ago, our forefathers created a series of tunnels under the earth’s core to unite the nations as one. Then, World War II happened and the project was canceled, and forgotten. Until now. The skies are dark, full of foreign objects barreling from outer space that continue to impact earth. Sending clouds of shrapnel across the nations. The only way for us to survive was to go underground. Deep underground. Using the tunnels that are now inhabited by creatures we had no recollection of. Was going underground the smartest idea? As the human race watches its judgment day come and go, another one arrives just over the horizon. Is this the end for the human race, or is it just another obstacle for us to overcome?
