It is an epic fantasy story about camaraderie, friendship and love.

It begins when a mermaid fell in love with a human and they had a child together.

Lindsey moves to the Lakeside Academy of Magical Arts at the age of 16 after an incident at her old school. Here she gets to know her magical side better as well as an extremely friendly wolf who only appears near her when she is alone.

But what happens if this wolf is not a real wolf at all, but also a student at the academy? If he feels more for her than just friendship? But he has a dark, evil magic that he cannot face alone.
