Tatsuya, a former street racer (and now current spy for PowerFreaks), is tasked with shutting down a criminal group (EVADE Tuning) that is bootlegging the company's aftermarket products. Only focused on his goal of completing his mission, Tatsuya has a wrench thrown in his plans once he runs into a fellow spy by the name of Hyo-sonn. The two of them work through their conflicting ideals as they work together to stop Akuji Nakamura, the leader of EVADE Tuning. On their journey full of street racing & action, the two of them learn to confide within each other despite their differences.
