Babel's tower revisited
By james a. galgano
Barricades are precariously depicted upon every internet page.
Dread is plastered upon every timeline and garbled tweet.
There daily endless personal jihads intermingle without disdain.
Left to procreate with the endless banter's often unintelligible deceit.
In hopes of arousing a response which gathers a life of its own rage
There has been built so many towers of babel rambling on unexplained.
With no purpose but there was that free moment to text one's threats replete
Filled with a vernacular one cannot even determine legitimate language exists.
Yet here upon these endless avenues awkward verbiage is emoted like rain.
Never quenching any thirst, it is almost it has become a life of its own incomplete.
