When his friends tries to do time travel to get one of their jobs back and Oli walks in on it, it doesn't exactly work out fantastically.

Turns out that his friends are awful at magic and instead of sending one of them about a day in the past, they accidentally sent Oli 1600 years into the past with no way home. 

During all of this confusion, Oli does, however, meet two very interesting people.

A book store owner who's trying to keep his loved ones out of trouble (and failing miserably), and his odd witchy sister who's obsessed with a princess who's very much taken.
