It is the year 2035. Something in the world of known science has gone seriously wrong on several levels.

'Gates' have opened up across multiple places on Earth amidst rising tensions between the superpowers of this world. From these gates emerged magical beings so similar in appearance to humankind, yet so distant in ability beyond one's superficial analysis.

After 2 major wars against two galactic superpowers, and the Garmillas refugee crisis of 2205, Japan, a part of the Earth Federation, now is seeing true peace. The rebuilding process is happening smoothly, with cooperation between citizens from all walks of life, between the Garmillian refugees and Terrans, and even the famous Shinkansen Maglev system is also rebuilt. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh. Gate: War of Two Worlds. A Gate story loosely based on the Gate manga/anime. It starts similar and then goes on its own stories. It is a story when a alien Empire invades Philadelphia through a magical Gate in the year 2025. The US leads a NATO-led war in Humanity first interstellar war. A Ranger united called Vanguard-7 is led by Major Sharpe. He will have to face the unknown of this world while facing his past and upholding his ideals. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters.
