Five years after the battle for the repository Ominis Gaunt and Amethyst Anderson have taken on roles at the ministry. Both being assigned as partners, they've been given a case. It seems that despite the death of Victor Rookwood, the ashwinders are back. Both wizards, being practically rookies in the field, are determined to prove what they can do. Little do they realize the new head of the Ashwinders is an old friend. An old friend who still holds grudges for the events of fifth year at Hogwarts.
