The main character Lux is a girl of 17 and also happens to be cursed as the key to end a great war between good and evil because she is half human and half angel. She doesn't know yet what she really is and believes she is a normal human because her mother doesn't want her to know the truth about everything including her father whom Lux has never met. Of course there are other creatures that Lux doesn't know about yet and her mother tries to keep them away from her as much as possible to prevent them from saying something they shouldn't or worse to try harming her. But soon Lux is going to find out and will have to help in important battles that could change who's in charge of their realm while still going through her junior year in high school. Not only does she have all of those issues to deal with but she ends up falling in love with 3 guys Aiden, Connor, and Luke. This will be one roller coaster year for Lux.
