The Surge Within
Izuku Midoriya was born into a world where 80% of globe had special abilities- Mainly known as Quirks. But Izuku wasn't part of that special 80%. You see, the rest of the population didn't have powers at all, as these 20% of people were, what people call: Quirkless. And Izuku was one of them. It wasn't all unicorns and rainbows living without a quirk, they weren't treated like 'Normal people'. Whatever classified that. But Izuku sometimes wonders, could this get any worse? And well, he wasn't one. He was bullied, he was made fun of, he was slightly depressed, and he lost all hope after being told he couldn't be a hero by his favorite heroine, All mighty. However, he still did get into the UA School, the school for heroines, just not as a heroine, obviously. He was just there cause there was no other school that would take him. But he did become a Hero. Just a hero without a Quirk. After finding a Chest containing Weapons, items, and other objects, he decided to become a Hero, with no quirk. Crimson Murders
Being able to see things no one has ever, is not great. Izuku-a boy who just wants to live a normal life and become a hero-is cursed to see things he doesn't want to have anything to do with. He never asked to be Champion of Death, but he's stuck with the title. So he's cursed, quirkless, the main target of a murderer, and going to become a hero no matter what. Wait, a target? Well, that's nice to know. Let's just add villains into the fray, yes? Because that's what he needs. More trouble. He's just cursed to be a protagonist. ⚠️Has triggering elements such as murder and descriptive depictions of corpses. Deals with implications of suicide and bad thoughts.
