The Prima Alpha

Prima Alphas are particular creatures. While a normal Alpha can only bond with one Omega, a Prima can have as many Omegas as they want. And it is highly recommended that they have at least three or four. The rut of a Prima is intense, so much so that it can kill an Omega from exhaustion if it is alone with the Prima.
There are numerous examples in medical books.
But it is just as dangerous for a Prima not to have a partner during its rut. It can lead to his death if he is not strong enough to handle it.
Trafalgar Law is well aware of this.
So when his crew joins the Mugiwara's, what a surprise to learn that Luffy is in rut and that he has decided to spend it alone!
Luffy is a Prima for God's sake!
But apparently Law is the only one who knows it and also the only Omega that Luffy has bitten present on the ship.
Fuck, Law can't do this alone.
Luffy was too much for him to handle.
Luckily, Roronoa is an Omega too.
It's up to them to make it work...
