"Miss Foster!" Mr. Sweeneys nasal voice cut through Sophie's blaring music. He yanked the earbuds they were sharing out by the chords. When they left the class, Adora saw Sophie rubbing her head. 

"Advil?" Adora offered. Sophie nodded thankful. They looked at a dinosaur statue as Adora fished her Advil bottle out of her bag along with a water bottle. "Here."

Adora Green, she met Sophie Foster, her best friend when the principle had them meet. They were both going to be skipping grades together and the principle thought it would be best for them to get to know each other. The lighthearted hazel and constantly stressed brown eyed girls quickly became friends, becoming one of the only stable things in each others lives.
