After getting experimented by the one and only, Professor Johnathan Crane AKA Scarecrow, Tony Thompson still walked among the citizen but with powers in hand and instead of using it for good, he used it to hunt down his old shitty friends and maybe criminals too. That wasn't so much planned as he couldn't control his newly found powers.
Sorry if there's any off origins of the DC comics character, I haven't really watch DC movies or shows. This can be a male reader, don't mind the name you can change it to yours if you like. You don't actually need to use this name, it is just a placeholder. This is inspired by @RorschachWhoLaughs's story called 'Heaven In Hell' and his 'DC Girls x Male Reader.'
